Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and increase brand visibility.

Be a trendsetter! Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, uncover opportunities, and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Create engaging and persuasive content for website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic.

Harness the power of data! Monitor, analyze, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for optimization.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords, social media ads) to maximize ROI and lead generation.

Take charge of our social media presence! Manage and curate captivating content for our social media accounts, foster community engagement, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless website development, engaging graphic design, and high-quality video production.

Embrace collaboration! Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and drive exceptional results.

Showcase your insights! Prepare and present comprehensive reports and engaging presentations to communicate campaign performance, valuable insights, and actionable recommendations to management.

Skills to be successful

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field demonstrates your foundational knowledge.

At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the tiles or similar industry.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and software, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills allow you to craft compelling and captivating content that engages our audience across digital platforms.

Proven project management skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate your ability to thrive under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Knowledge of graphic design tools, video editing software, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus, adding an extra dimension to your digital marketing expertise.
